My responsibilities as a Microwave Radio Foreman are: install power harness from rectifier to power injector box, (PIB), in the SPRINT cabinet terminate cat5e connector on both ends on cable after measuring for desired length test cable with FLUKE IQ CABLE TESTER for a pass result and save, name and upload to company share drive. Also color code and label cable and take pictures of completed tasks throughout the project. In addition, program the 9500 MPRe microwave radio and climb to the appropriate sector on top of cell phone tower to install radio, dish coupler mount, cat5e cables, ground wires, weather proof and perform a path alignment with a volt meter. Furthermore, I capture screenshots of the radio configuration, fade and mute tests; then I complete the METRONID test. Dress the 7705 SAR jumper to the correct PIB port and take picture of the work completed in the SPRINT cabinet and other required photo of the site build to honor contract and complete the close out package.
