How it all began...

-In February 6, 2007 I completed a course of windows operating systems, installations, and hardware diagnostics.

-In July 22,2007 I completed a 2 year training at Branford Hall Carrer Institute for computer information technology.

-In 2008 I earned my Windows Platinum Certification by completing a training program providing  excellent customer service and peer coaching to four associates in the Electronics department.
